SOMD Rush 06 Girls win OBGC Capital Cup

With a record of 4-0 and a goal differential of 13-1, the 2006 SOMD Rush Girls won the highly competitive 'Elite' division of the OBGC Capital Cup. This just a week after they won the rain shortened Columbia Kickoff.

Other Southern Maryland Rush teams also competed in both tournaments. Our 2005 Boys (NCSL), 2005 Girls (EDP), 2008 Girls (EDP), 2009 Boys (EDP), and 2011 Boys (NCSL) teams all competed and played well. In addition, our 2009 girls (NCSL) team played in their first tournament at the Columbia Kickoff.

All these teams have a lot to look forward to for their upcoming seasons.
